The sauna’s deep penetrating heat cause your core body temperature to rise, and as your body works to cool down, your heart rate increases which results in burned calories! Clients have burned up to 600 calories in a 30 minute session. That’s the same amount of calories burned by running for 2 hours!
Can anyone infrared sauna?
Infrared sauna is safe for people of all ages and health stages. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or have heart problems before using the infrared sauna.
How should I prepare for my infrared sauna?
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!! Drink more water than normal before and after your treatment. As your body heats from the inside out you will increase heart rate and sweat, meaning you need more water!
It’s gunna’ get hot in there. Although we do offer none-heat and low heat options, most of our clients prefer our dual heat air system. This means you are going to get hot and you are going to sweat. We recommend wearing as little clothes as possible, and preferably none at all! If you choose to wear clothes, we recommend breathable shorts and t-shirt.
